Male candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid understanding of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN networking protocols

Foundational knowledge of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems

Understanding of serial communication standards (RS232 / RS485 / RS422)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Service Desk and local support teams for issue resolution
- Work closely with customers using remote access and log analysis
- Replicate reported issues in laboratory settings for troubleshooting
- Deploy test solutions aligned with specific requirements
- Document technical solutions thoroughly
